Patio and Walkway Adjustments or Repairs
Patio and Walkway pressure washing can be a great way to preserve the look of your investment. Some Pavers are delicate and without the right knowledge a person could damage the finish of the paver or even the base that holds the paver in place. With our expertise we will make sure your pavers look as close to new as possible with out causing harm to either the base or surface of the pavers. If you need paver adjustments or sealing, we have you covered there also. We supply all services needed to keep your hardscape investment looking like new.
Paver and Concrete Sealing
Along with our cleaning services we offer grout sand install. Once your pavers have been cleaned, it's highly recommended to have new polymeric sand installed into the joints. The new polymeric sand will not only help keep your pavers stable but also help with preventing weed growth along with preventing ants from penetrating the joints. Although the most popular color is slate gray, there are many other colors to choose from, including black and beige.
Patio and Walkway Adjustments or Repairs are always necessary, especially in the north east with frost heaves and critters causing damage. We provide the services to adjust and repair your heaved or sunken pavers. This service is not only a must for safety but also keeps your investment looking like new. Many adjustments start out with simply lifting the pavers up, adjusting the base and then re-installing the paver back in it's place. Broken pavers can also be replaced, although depending on age in many cases color or size may differ from new. During the estimate we will evaluate any major repairs, but minor repairs would have to be requested as every client has a different opinion on adjustments that are necessary or not. We mainly focus on the most obvious and dangerous areas of need of adjustments.
Paver and Concrete Sealing is a optional service we offer. There are many different sealers and finishes to choose from. We use a local brand that we stand by and have used for many years. Some of the most popular finishes are natural look or gloss finish. Both have there advantages and disadvantages. Unfortunately with our New England weather the sealer does not last forever and depending on the finish may result and a change of appearances over time. The most popular finish is the natural look. With the natural look sealer, you can not tell the sealer is installed there for not showing any changes in apperence as it fades over the years. Although the natural look is one of our most popular, there are more options available.
